What we read
in the file.

It means the file carries its structure, not just its look: tagged headings, a defined reading order, real tables instead of pictures of tables, alternative text for figures, bookmarks and correct metadata. Screen readers, search indexes and AI tools then read the document in the order a person would, and quote it correctly.

Why it matters
now.

Reportory designs substantial publications for research organisations, consultancies and institutions: rewarding for people to read, semantically structured for accessibility, and easier for software to search, extract and retrieve.
